Yoga for 50+

Think you have to be young, healthy, and fit to practice yoga? Think again. If you have yearned to try yoga but have been discouraged because you think you are too old, you are suffering from chronic health issues, or are working with an injury, this class was designed with you in mind. This 50+ class is gentle to moderate Hatha yoga based, and is geared towards older students looking to stay connected to their bodies and their yoga practice and those with chronic health issues. Open to all levels.
